From October 31st, Food Trucks offering a range of global cuisine options will be open for business in Cathedral Square as part of a five month Friday Night Food Truck trial.
They will be operating from 4pm -10pm on Friday nights till March 2015.
The trucks will create a vibrant, fun, family friendly environment in the city centre. Cuisine options will include: Mexican, Sri Lankan, European rotisserie chicken, real fruit ice cream, plus plenty more.
